Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GateMate — including gatemate.net or our mobile app — you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 years of age or older to use GateMate.
2. Your Account
- Provide accurate and truthful profile information
- Maintain the security of your account and password
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at info@gatemate.net
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use GateMate to:
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm other users
- Share false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Post content that is sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory
- Spam other users with unsolicited messages
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers
- Violate any applicable law
4. Objectionable Content & Abusive Behavior
ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY. Violators will be permanently removed. We review all reports within 24 hours, remove objectionable content promptly, permanently terminate abusive accounts, maintain moderation tools, and cooperate with law enforcement where required. Report via the in-app Report function or email info@gatemate.net. You can block any user at any time.
5. GateLinks & Events
GateLinks are temporary shared spaces tied to real-world events. They are primarily created by QAlytics LLC and authorized venue or event partners. Codes are for attendees only; sharing codes publicly is prohibited. We may close or archive any GateLink at any time. GateMate is not affiliated with any venue, artist, team, or event organizer unless explicitly stated.
6. Service Updates
GateMate is actively evolving — features may be added, changed, or retired as the service grows. Access to any particular feature is not guaranteed to continue. Promotional offers are subject to availability.
7. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you post and grant QAlytics LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely to operate GateMate. GATEMATE is a trademark of QAlytics LLC (USPTO Serial No. 99428121, published for opposition May 5, 2026; registration pending).
8. Account Deletion
Delete your account anytime In-App (Settings → Delete Account), on the Web at gatemate.net/delete-account, or by emailing info@gatemate.net.
9. Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
10. Blocking, Reporting & Enforcement
We may investigate reports, suspend or ban accounts, remove violating content without notice, and cooperate with law enforcement.
11. Disclaimers
GateMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the actions of other users. Always prioritize your personal safety when meeting people in real life.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QAlytics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the prior twelve months.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as GateMate grows. Material changes update the "Last Updated" date above and, where required, notify users by email.
